AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND AS EVENTS
Weddingsey.com is a platform operated by AS Events, a professional wedding planning service based in the Seychelles. We provide coordination, consultation, and organizational services for weddings and events.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time to comply with regulatory requirements in the Seychelles or if there are changes to our business practices. Your use of the Platform will be subject to the most recent version available. We recommend that you read through the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes that apply to you.
3. Access and Use of Weddingsey.com
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in planning your event.
You must not misuse the Platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious material. Unauthorized access attempts to our server, database, or computers are prohibited. We will report any such breach to the relevant Seychelles law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
5. Use of Weddingsey.com
As a condition of your use of the services provided by AS Events, you warrant that:
- 01you are at least 18 years of age;
- 02you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
- 03you will provide accurate and truthful information regarding your event and legal documentation;
6. User Accounts
You may have the option to create a member account to manage your wedding planning. Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Security Protocols
We have the right to disable your account or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms of use. You must notify AS Events immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
9. Liability and Availability
We do not guarantee that our Platform will always be secure or free from bugs. To the extent permitted by Seychelles law, AS Events shall not be liable for errors or omissions in the content.
“We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of god, cyclones, war, terrorism, epidemic, or government-imposed travel restrictions.”
